I pledge to always understand and educate the importance of personal hygiene, especially during periods. I pledge to understand that periods are absolutely normal that every yourng ghirl has to go through.
I pledge to initiate this mindset within my family and friends.
I will endeavor to take steps to build a society that is comfortable with periods and where women do not face any health issues due to lack of menstrual hygiene.
